In response to the changing demographics of our community, it is critical for educators and other professionals to continually endeavour to provide inclusive programs that meet the needs of diverse clientele.

Susan has provided professional development training for educators, child welfare agencies, community organizations, parent groups, and youth for over 7 years.  She has worked in the capacity of organizational diversity trainer, anti-discrimination program facilitator for children and youth, parent networking group leader, and guest speaker.
